Jessica came to primary beginnings in December 2022 as the Assistant Director. Before making the move from New Jersey to North Carolina, she was the assistant director for 7 years. She has worked in many forms of early childhood education for 16 years. She is looking forward to going back to school to further her education. Her philosophy is children learn best in a nurturing, child-initiated play-based environment that fosters self-confidence, trust, creativity, autonomy, and acceptance of individual differences.
Jessica wants to help the teachers establish positive personal interaction, nurturing each child’s growth and education while creating a safe space for the children. Jessica’s family consists of her husband, 1 beautiful toddler, and 3 pets.
