Michele is the Executive Director for Primary Beginnings, LLC. As the Executive Director, she is responsible for assisting the company in maintaining high-quality delivery and brand consistency. She has oversight of the center operations and the delivery of Primary Beginnings philosophy of a high-quality program for each family.

As the Center Director of Primary Beginnings at Spring Forest, Crystal oversees the center operation and obligations. She came to Primary Beginnings in January 2011 and had previously been in child care management for 6 years.

Jessica came to primary beginnings in December 2022 as the Assistant Director. Before making the move from New Jersey to North Carolina, she was the assistant director for 7 years. She has worked in many forms of early childhood education for 16 years.

As the Center Director for the North Hills Center, Angela Harding is responsible for overseeing the operation of the center, managing its vision, brand and business strategies, while providing high-quality childcare for each child that enters the center each day.

As the Assistant Director for Primary Beginnings at the North Hills Dr location, Rebecca is responsible for supporting the operation of the center, while providing high-quality childcare for each child that enters the center each day.

As the Center Director for the Falls Of Neuse location of Primary Beginnings, Holly is responsible for supporting the operation of the center, while ensuring each child receives quality child care.

May Cooke is the assistant Director for the Falls Of Neuse location. She started her career in education at the age of 16 years old. Each job to follow was within the education field.
