Meet Your Center Director

Angela Harding has been with Primary Beginnings since 2007 and has led centers at all three locations over her tenure. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science with a concentration in public administration from North Carolina Central University, and spent 17 years in childcare management before joining Primary Beginnings. Angela personally oversees the NC Pre-K program at North Hills, giving families direct access to a Pre-K classroom backed by state standards. Her care for children extends beyond the classroom as she ensures every child feels safe, included in activities, and each is well cared for.
